Along the back is the dorsal ridge which is made with the heaviest gauge wire I used and flattened to create a sharper feel.
Here you can see the horns that are wrapped in copper vines nestled in the dragons mane.
The dragon is a masculine nature spirit and I used a clear quartz sphere to represent the feminine aspect which is the moon.
Since the dragon was intended to hang it is positioned as if in flight, so the back legs are tucked up underneath.
The copper of the outer rim of the dream catcher is stainless steel wrapped in copper so that it supports the weight of the design.
